The Park, Visakhapatnam

The state’s first deluxe hotel had to be converted into a luxury boutique property. We changed the interiors adding restaurants, health club facilities and redoing the rooms.The last phase of the project included constructing a new restaurant, a crafts court, outdoor chessboard and an amphitheatre. The key achievement however, remains in landscaping 6 acres of land to create a lush green tropical look.
 

Some special features of this project

• With huge landscape area all around, this is the most beautiful site.
• To grow plant which originate from other area was a lot of experience.
• The site being next to the sea, was loaded with rusted metal to cope up with.
• The heavy rains also played their part in teaching the good long lessons.
