The Park, Calcutta

This ongoing project is a constant upgrading of guest floors, public areas and back of office space. At each phase there has been complete rehauling of existing design and construction.
The Atrium Café, the twenty four hour restaurant; Saffron, the Indian restaurant and Zen - the Oriental restaurant were all given their present look by us.
Someplace Else, the British pub cum club and latest addition - Tantra, the swanky nightclub were also our responsibility. Tantra, designed by Carl Ettensperger- leading interior designer from Singapore, has two bars spread over two levels with a pulsating dance floor, a hangout area spans over 6000 sq. ft. The project included unique interior finishes with enlarged lead time. This was a learning in planning and procurement.
Other project activities include 4 banquet halls areas and 2 separate guest floors. These are scheduled to be completed by end October, 2000.
